This policy covers only Happierleads account texts, the SMS program run by Happierleads (happierleads.com), a UK-based company. It explains what we collect when you opt in to texts, how we use it, and your choices. Program details and the opt-in form are shown at happierleads.com/sms.

What we collect

  • Your mobile phone number, entered by you on the Happierleads signup form.
  • A record of your consent: the fact that you ticked the SMS consent box, and the date and time you did so.
  • The texts we exchange with you and their delivery status.
  • Opt-out and help requests you send, such as STOP or HELP.

How we use it

We use your mobile number and consent only to send the texts you signed up for: replies to your support questions, scheduling and follow-up of a product demo you asked for, and reminders about your trial or account. We also use it to honour STOP and HELP requests and to keep a record of your consent. We do not use it for anything else and never add it to a marketing list.

No sharing of mobile information

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as the SMS delivery provider that transmits our texts, is permitted only to deliver the messages. Your choices

  • Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You will receive one confirmation and no further texts.

  • To have your mobile number and consent record deleted, email george@happierleads.com.

Retention and security

We keep your mobile number and consent record while you have a Happierleads account, or until you opt out and ask us to delete them. They are stored on access-controlled systems and are only available to the people who answer your messages.
