Happierleads SMS program

Happierleads (happierleads.com) is B2B website visitor identification software run by Happierleads, a UK-based company. This page shows how our SMS program, Happierleads account texts, works.

How people opt in

Only people who create a Happierleads account can receive texts. On step 2 of the signup form at admin.happierleads.com/signup they can enter their mobile number and tick a separate SMS consent box. The box is never pre-ticked, and an account can be created without it.

What happens after opting in

The user receives a confirmation text: "Hi [Name], George here, founder of Happierleads. Thanks for opting in to account texts. Want a quick demo so your trial pays off fast? Book a slot: https://happierleads.com/demo Msg frequency varies, msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel."

Replies to the user's own support questions
Scheduling and follow-up of a product demo the user asked for
Reminders about the user's trial or account
