Happierleads (happierleads.com) is B2B website visitor identification software. This page describes our SMS program, Happierleads account texts.
Who receives texts
Only people who create a Happierleads account and, on the second step of the signup form at admin.happierleads.com/signup, enter their mobile number and tick the SMS consent box. The box is never pre-ticked and is separate from account creation: you can create an account without it.
The opt-in, exactly as users see it
The consent text next to the checkbox reads: "Yes, text me about my account. By ticking this box you agree to receive one-to-one SMS from Happierleads, a UK-based company: replies to your support questions, demo scheduling and trial or account reminders. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel. Terms · Privacy policy"
What happens after opting in
Right after signing up the user receives a confirmation text: "Hi [Name], George here, founder of Happierleads. Thanks for opting in to account texts. Want a quick demo so your trial pays off fast? Book a slot: https://happierleads.com/demo Msg frequency varies, msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel."
What we send
- Replies to the user's own support questions
- Scheduling and follow-up of a product demo the user requested
- Reminders about the user's trial or account
