Overview
This quote outlines the setup and fully managed service for your cold email outreach infrastructure. We will purchase, configure, warm up, and manage the email domains and mailboxes required to run effective outbound campaigns through Happierleads.
What's Included
We will purchase 2 new domains on your behalf. Each domain will have 3 dedicated mailboxes, giving you a total of 6 mailboxes.
- 2 new domains (purchased and configured)
- 3 mailboxes per domain = 6 mailboxes total
Every new mailbox must go through an email warmup process to build a positive sender reputation. Without warmup, your emails will land in spam. We handle the full warmup process for all 6 mailboxes.
- Deliverability monitoring & mailbox health
- Disconnection & technical issue support
- Burned-out mailbox replacement at no extra charge
- DNS configuration (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
