Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to delete the data Happierleads (happierleads.com), a UK-based company, holds about you, including data we received when you connected a Facebook (Meta) or Google account. For the full picture of what we collect and why, see our Privacy Policy.

Remove a connected Facebook (Meta) account

  1. In Happierleads, open Integrations, find Meta Ads and click Disconnect. We delete the stored Meta access token straight away.
  2. In Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, find Happierleads Ads and click Remove. This stops any further access from Facebook's side.

Custom Audiences we created live in your own Meta ad account. You can delete them at any time in Meta Ads Manager under Audiences.

Delete all of your data

Email privacy@happierleads.com from the email address on your Happierleads account (or the one on your Facebook account) with the subject "Delete my data". We will delete your account, your connected-account tokens and the data linked to them within 30 days, and reply to confirm once it is done. Data we must keep by law, such as invoices, is kept only for as long as the law requires.
